Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided new products are still unused or have no signs of use.
If you want to return a product, you can contact us via info@pastel-palace.com. Mention the order number and the product you want to exchange. PastelPalace will process your request and send you instructions after which you can return the product.
Warranty
In case of defects in a delivered product, we apply a warranty period of 14 days.
If your order is defective and falls under the warranty, you can contact us to have it refunded or exchanged. Mention the order number and the problem you are experiencing.
PastelPalace will determine on a case-by-case basis if it falls under the warranty and will inform you of the follow-up process or offer you a suitable solution immediately.
Usage damage and damage due to improper use (such as water damage, fall and impact damage, breakage or damage due to rough use) are not covered by the warranty.

Always send your returns via the post office, then you will receive a proof of shipment, which makes it possible to track your return shipment.
PastelPalace can not be held liable if the package is lost during transfer.
